Malwa College of Nursing was founded in Nov 2000 by Dr. Ravinder Singh. It is named later Malwa, a region of Punjab and central office in Kotkapura in the district of Faridkot in the state of Punjab. The college is placed in Faridkot. An exclusive college for women, it was the vision of late Dr Ravinder Singh. The nursing college is attached to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot and the courses provided by it are accepted by Indian Nursing Council (INC), Punjab Nursing Registration Council (PNRC), Chandigarh and Government of Punjab.

The students should have finished 10+2 examination in science stream, from an accepted board.

Admission Procedure

Undergraduate
B.Sc. Nursing (Basic)
The students are admitted on the base of their achievement in Punjab Para-medical entrance test (PPMET) carried by the university.
Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
The admission of students is caused directly by the college on the base of their marks in G.N.M examination.

Diploma
The admission of students is caused directly by the college on the base of their marks in 10+2 examination
