Management Development Institute (also known as MDI) is a business school in India.
The institute is internationally recognized and is consistently graded in the top 10 b-schools in India. Management Development Institute (MDI) was launched in 1973 with support from Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI). Dr. T. N. Kapoor was the first Director. The institution gives courses in the Management field at the Postgraduate level, guiding toward the doctoral level. MDI Gurgaon is spread over 37 acres of land. It supplies fully residential campus, which is strategically placed in the corporate hub of India.

Selection process
Post Graduate:
The admission of the candidates in the PG courses is based on their marks obtained at the CAT entrance test and their performance at Group Discussion (GD) and personal interview, conducted by the institution.
