Midnapore Medical College
Introduction
Placed in Midnapore (West Bengal), Midnapore Medical College and Hospital was founded in 2004. Before, the college was famous as Midnapur Sadar Hospital, West Midnapur, but to furnish medical study to the young people, the Government of West Bengal changed its name. The college is sanctioned by the Medical Council of India, Government of India, New Delhi. Midnapore Medical College and Hospital is attached to West Bengal University of Health Science and it gives course in the area of medical science, at the undergraduate level.

Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) with lower limit 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and with English from any accepted Board must be passed by the student, to be legal for this UG program.
