National Centre for Trade Information (NCTI) was establish in 1995 under the Ministry of Commerce with a Consider to produce an institutional mechanism for collection and dissemination of trade data and improving information services to the business community, particularly small and medium enterprises. NICNET interlinks 440 District Headquarters, 32, State/Union Territories and the National Capital. It is cover 600 micro earth stations (V-SATs) in as many metropolises and is associated to 200 networks in 160 different states.
