    Is there any rule or restriction for only sale or purchase of NDDB approved bull semen in Uttarakhand by any individual/ private firm.

    Has uttarakhand Govt. or ULDB put some restriction for only sale /purchase of frozen bull semen from NDDB by any pvt. firm in uttarakhand.
