NITP UCLA

The Neuro Imaging Training Program at UCLA was made in September of 2006, below the aegis of the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, with funding from the National Institutes of Health. Students in the NITP generally will complete a year of graduate training in the Neurosciences, including fundamentals of Neuroanatomy, Systems Neuroscience, Neurophysiology and/or Cognitive Neuroscience. The program is conducted to investigators with significant experience in neuroimaging who are eager to gain more tools and cognition to utilize to their work. The NITP adds additional coursework in the first year and requires a second year of imaging-specific class work.
