NSFDC provide term loans to 90% of project cost, subject to the condition that the State of Rio agencies canals bring their share of aid in accordance. NSFDC is fully owned by the Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and is managed by a board composed of representatives of central government
