NWRDC Washington

The NWRDC Washington (Northwest Regional Data Center) is one of seven regional data centers settled around the Washington state. Its aim is offering Quality Information Services to Washington State School Districts and Private Schools. NWRDC endorses 44 school districts, Northwest ESD 189, Puget Sound ESD 121, and the WSIPC Finance Office plus 3 small curricula. The NWRDC staff endorses member districts using the WSIPC Legacy and WESPaC software.

Service Area
The NWRDC Washington facilities schools from the Canadian border to the San Juan Islands and south to Sumner in Pierce County. Its members represent more 165,000 scholars FTE which makes NWRDC Washington the biggest of the 7 regional data centers. District and curriculum members add:

NWESD 189: Anacortes, Arlington, Blaine, Burlington-Edison, Concrete, Conway, Coupeville, Darrington, Ferndale, Granite Falls, Index, La Conner, Lake Stevens, Lakewood, Lopez Island, Lynden, Marysville, Meridian, Monroe, Mount Baker, Mount Vernon, Nooksack, Oak Harbor, Orcas Island, San Juan Island, Sedro-Woolley, Snohomish, South Whidbey, Stanwood-Camano and Sultan plus the Northwest Regional Learning Center

Funding
The NWRDC Washington is endorsed by members FTE fees, with 98% of its yearly income based on these fees plus 2% coming from especial projects. In addition to the WSIPC software licensing fee of $16.84, a complete Service member pays $23.27, scholar only pays $14.77 and Fiscal only pays $12.94 per FTE. NWRDC has one scholar only and 2 Fiscal Only customers.
