Oklahoma State University, often pertained to as Southeastern and changed as SE, or SOSU, is a public university located in Durant, Oklahoma with an undergraduate enrollment of about 4,000 as of 2005. The original purpose of Southeastern was the education of teachers for the public schools of Oklahoma. The two-year graduates were awarded life teaching certificates in 1921. The term online degrees refers to college degrees (sometimes including high school diplomas and non-degree certificate programs) that can be earned mainly or completely through the use of an Internet-connected computer.
