The PhD program of research training and supervised research is aimed at graduates who plan to places of professional leadership and duty, or to a career in educational research and teaching in Higher Education, and who like to formulate research skills and in depth knowledge of a special field. All doctoral students contract a graduate program of intense research training and individual specialized research on an accorded topic. A PhD provides the opportunity for candidates to research a topic in depth, and to encourage new knowledge to the world. Throughout candidates study they will be demanded to produce a significant piece of original research (100,000 word thesis) presenting a high level of proficiency in professional research abilities and an in-depth knowledge of their selected field. Completion of the PhD commonly takes three years for full-time study and six years for part-time study.
