IITTM is sort name of Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management, Gwalior is 1st of the leading organization carrying on tourism and travel management associated program in India. IITTM was launched at New Delhi in 1983 below Ministry of Tourism and Culture. In 1992, IITTM was changed to Gwalior. IITTM is committed to growing quality human resources for tourism and allied services. The target groups of its learning/ training courses extend much beyond the coordinated spheres of the economy
Placement activities at IITTM are handled via a Placement Committee along with four scholar legislature from each courses .The Placement Committee offered boilers suit management and guidance for summer internship as well as final placement of the students. To meet the enhancing involves of fast emerging business assumptions, the institute put best of its exertion to enhance ability and honing the aptitude of the scholar to the desirable level. Regular Personality Growth courses, workshops and seminars are carried on to get ready the scholar fully to face the placement procedure.
