Punjabi University, located at Patiala, is one of the premier institutions of higher education in Punjab, India. The university campus is situated on 316 acres, on the Patiala Chandigarh road, 7 km from the city center. It was established on the 30 April 1962.

Computer Engineering- 30 seats
Electronics & Communication Engineering- 30 seats

Exam Pattern:
The duration of the entrance examination for B.Tech is generally 3 hours. In this time the students have to answer 300 objective type questions divided into 4 categories:
General knowledge & Current Affairs – 100 marks
Aptitude for Law – 100 marks
General English – 50 marks
Mental ability – 50 marks

Application Form
Application forms for 2011 B.Tech can be downloaded from the university’s website.
Another option is to get by post.
Application form can be done by sending a written request. One can also be collected from the Punjab University’s Patiala campus.

Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may send their applications directly with complete details in the prescribed format University Business School, Panjab University Regional Center, Civil Lines, Ludhiana – 141001.

The selection depending on written test and interview of candidates performance.
