AIPMT (All India Pre-Medical/Dental Test) is an annual entrance exam directed through CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) for admission to 15% seats in Medical and Dental Colleges run through Union Govt., State Govt., Municipal authorities in India (except for Jammu & Kashmir and Andhra Pradesh) for Medical and Dental Bachelor courses. AIPMT is therefore very important for whole the scholars throughout the country aspiring for medical/dental bachelor courses.

Availability of AIPMT Application forms for 2010
Application forms for AIPMT 2010 are expected to be availability through October end in the designated branches of Canara Bank and regional offices of CBSE. Examinees will also have the choice to apply online on AIPMT website www.aipmt.nic.in.
Eligibility
Qualification: An examinee should have passed 12th or be appearing in 2010 with the disciplines Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Also an examinee should have atleast got 50% marks in PCB for general examinee and 40% for SC/ST/OBC examinee. A candidate can only appear for AIPMT for a max. of 3 times.
Age Limit: A candidate should be between 17-25 years of age. There is a relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC examinees.
