Aligarh Muslim University was launched in 1875. AMU is a Residential Academic Institution situated in the city of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. The Universities as well offered the accommodation to the outside candidates and their parents at the University assumptions. The Combined Admission Test for admission to Class Xi (Science)/Diploma in Engineering for the Aligarh Muslim University were held in peaceful mode at 47 centres here present. AMU had also assigned senior faculty members as observers. AMU is one of the first central universities in India.
