In the year of 1983 ASM (Audyogik Shikshan Mandal) Group of Institutes Pune was founded to meet the needs of the industry, society and scholar community. The institute located at Pune city in Maharashtra state in India. ASM is an independent non-profits making educational society.

There was a gap between industry and the scholars and hence to bridge this gap ASM began offering education from KG to PG leveling management and information technology below its umbrella.
