The Babcock Graduate School of Management is one of the graduate schools of Wake Forest University. launched in 1969, it admitted its first classes of full-time and executive students in 1971 and introduced its first graduating class in 1973. The Babcock School was launched with a gift from the Mary Reynolds Babcock Foundation and named in honor of Charles H. Babcock, a noted businessman and philanthropist who influenced civic, cultural and business growth in Winston-Salem and North Carolina.

Graduate programs provided include the Master of Arts in Management (MA), Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA), and the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs. The Schools of Business also provide joint degrees with other Wake Forest schools – School of Law (JD/MBA), School of Medicine (MD/MBA), Graduate School of Arts & Sciences (PhD/MBA) as well as a joint Master of Science in Accountancy and Master of Business Administration (MSA/MBA).

Student have a graduation degree & good score in cat/mat/gmat entrance exam
