Cal Poly Graduation Evaluation
California Polytechnic State University calls for Graduation Evaluations must be submitted four quarters prior to the quarter of graduation. Submit requests to the Office of the Registrar Office or drop in the Records’ dropbox. California Polytechnic requesting a graduation evaluation initiates your qualification to participate in the Commencement Ceremonies. If you request a graduation date of winter, spring or summer quarter, you will be qualified to take part in the spring (June) Ceremony. If you request a graduation date of fall quarter, you will be qualified to take part in the fall (December) Ceremony. Your Request for Graduation Evaluation will be returned back to the student if this information is not attached or already on file.
