The Central Board of Secondary Education is a Board of Education for school level in India of Central Government. This board is also known as CBSE. The first Board found in India was the Uttar Pradesh Board of High School and Intermediate Education in 1921, which was below jurisdiction of Rajputana, Central India and Gwalior. Exam 2011
The board carries on final examinations every alternate for All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE) for Class 12. The CCE system does not need a Class 10 Indian School Certificate Examination (ICSE) but or else implements a yearly evaluation of educational progress. The board also annually carries on the AIEEE exam for admission to undergraduate courses in engineering and architecture in many colleges spread over India.
