CICS is sort name of Centre for International Cooperation in Science, normally CCSTDS is a Centre, functioning below the trade of Prof.M.Vijayan, FNA, President, Indian National Science Academy, New Delhi and Dr.T. Ramasami, FNA, Secretary, Section of Science and Technology. The Center on is assigned to disseminate the spirit of Science and Technology co-operation among growing societies. The Centre was start in May 2005 with the name CCSTDS to encourage S & T related actions for the mutual gain of scientific community of the states.
