CFTI Agra
CFTI is a sovereign institution under Ministry of Small Scale Industries and Agro & Rural Industry, Government of India and has been operating for Human Resource Development for Footwear & allied Industry since 1957. Agra has been famous at the national and international levels as a centre for educational excellence, and industrial growths apart from tourist attraction. The city not only pulls foreign visitors for site-seeing but the industries like Leather, Foundry and Handicrafts also made it very famous throughout the world. It was the 1st January, 1996, when the Central Footwear Training Centre, Agra, was convinced into a sovereign body and called Central Footwear Training Institute.
