Common Law Admission Test Eligibility
Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a common test for admission to prominent National Law Universities in India. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2010 will be held for admission to the undergraduate programme at eleven National Law Universities and as well for the post-graduate programme (LL.M). The CLAT 2-hour admission test comprises of objective type covering questions on English, basic mathematics, general knowledge, besides legal and logical reasoning. The Common Law Admission Test will be held each year by each of the law colleges and the responsibility of imparting the exam will be rotated and given on the basis of seniority.
Eligibility for CLAT:
Candidates to be eligible for taking Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2010, a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC* and persons with Disability*) from a recognized University. Age of candidate should not be more than 20 years
