CTC Graduation
Military scholars can employ for graduation at Central Texas College (CTC) in a simple 3-step procedure. This adds a preliminary degree audit, review of the audit, and application for degree/certificate.
Step 1: Request a preliminary degree audit if students are within nine semester hours of graduating. After referring this form, students will receive your degree audit through email.
Step 2: Review your preliminary degree audit results. Contact the CTC Graduation Office through email at graduation.info@ctcd.edu if students have questions.
Step 3: In order to graduate, students must employ. CTC has 3 graduations per year in May, August and December. Participation in a marching ceremony is optional as whole diplomas and transcripts are mailed directly to each scholar.
Students must refer an application for degree/certificate through the following deadlines in order to graduate:
October 1 for Degrees/Certificates in December
February 1 for Degrees/Certificates in May
June 10 for Degrees/Certificates in August
