The Post Graduate Diploma in Patent Management course offers an overview of the Indian and international legal system and the basic terms and conceptions of law. The program will include a mix of lectures, case studies, research work, and group work also as class assignments. On evaluation the participants would be presented a Post Graduate Diploma in Patent Management. The Program syllabus starts with an analysis of the competing policies underlying the intellectual property laws. The course has been planned to offer students with a solid understanding of key scheme issues in the area of intellectual property law, and to help them in organizing to take leadership roles in addressing such issues in business and/or practice. The Post Graduate Diploma in Patent Management will give students the tools and skills they will need to draft and study patents.

Eligibility:
Candidates are required to secure a minimum of 50% marks to pass in a course in any semester. A participant obtaining less than the minimum in any assignment is required to retake the assignment.

75% and above Distinction
65 – 74% First – Class
50 – 65% Second – Class
Below 50% Re-exam
Admission Process
The candidates will be based on their academic qualification, work experience and how they would benefit and practice this knowledge. Students taking their final year exam may also apply.
