Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) currently not provides any program through distance learning. XLRI was launched in 1949. XLRI Jamshedpur has imparted its best to the professional development and management of innumerable institutions that’s serve the public particularly organized industry, labour, service agencies pursued in rural development, education, health and other public systems. In any case the focus on growing managerial competency amongst the pupils by learning of specialized knowledge and skills, the Institute stresses the importance of developing a sense of social justice with right positions and values of discipline, commitment and dedication amongst all its members.
