Higher National Certificates (HNC) is often equal to the first year and second year of a relevant UK University degree, respectively. Studying HNC course at home through distance learning is more cost efficacious than studying full-time on campus, providing the individual to continue to work and to develop their career at the same time. HNC courses are generally 1 year in length of full-time study. Part-time study takes 2 years to complete. Distance Learning HNC’s is vocational qualifications which often admits a constituent of work experience or require individuals to apply their newly acquired knowledge to their job.
