FMGE is a screening Test conduct for those Indian citizens possessing a primary medical qualification awarded by any medical institution external India. Also the medical school from which the candidate has got the qualification must be listed in WHO folder of medical Schools. FMGE screening test began in 2002 and is carried by National Board of Examinations. A candidate must be an Indian National to apply for FMGE. Also the medical school from which the candidate has got the qualification must be listed in WHO directory of medical Schools. The exam comprises of one paper divided in two sittings having only objective type questions. Also the medical school from which the candidate has got the qualification must be heeding in WHO directory of medical Schools.
