Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) was launched in 1980.
GITAM is recorded as a society under the Societies Registration Act XXXI of 1860.
The vision of the university is to get a global leader in the field of professional education. GITAM College of Management Studies, GITAM Institute of Foreign Trade, GITAM Dental College, GITAM College of Science and College of Pharmacy etc were added together to the GITAM group mentioning the developing need of those fields.

Eligibility:
The candidate must have a bachelor degree after 10+2 in any discipline from any recognized University with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) at graduation level to be eligible for this PG program.
Selection process
Candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in Entrance Test. candidates have to appear in one of these entrance tests for the admission in this PG program: CAT, MAT.
