HMT (Hindustan Machine Tools) Limited Bangalore was integrated in the year of 1953 through the Indian Govt. as a Machine Tool manufacturing company. HMT aim to producing machine tools necessitated for building an industrial edifice for India. HMT Machine Tools Limited was formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of HMT Limited in August 1999. Over the years diversified into watches, metal forming presses, die casting & plastic processing machinery, tractors, printing machinery, CNC systems & bearings.
