H.N.B. Garhwal University was launched in December 1973 by the then Uttar Pradesh Government with it’s headquarter at Srinagar, District Garhwal Northern Himalayas.
It is residential cum associating University with more than 100 connected colleges through out Garhwal region spread over an area of 30,000 Sq. kms. It has two other teaching campuses one at Pauri and other at Tehri. the University is now functioning successfully the professional Degree courses like MBA, MBA (Tourism), MCA, B. Tech, B. Pharma and Bachelor’s Degree Course in Hotel Management. At present there are 31 Departments in the University Campus.

Eligibility:
The candidate must have Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University with minimum 50% marks.
Selection process
Candidates are selected on the basis of their performance in Entrance Test: MAT with good score. Candidates short-listed on the basis of Entrance Test score will be called for Group Discussion and Interview for final selection.
