How to Apply in IELTS test 2011
Mail the following documents with complete application form at the exam center
Completed IELTS Application form
Completed IELTS Payment form
Online receipt or cashier’s receipt
2 identical passport sized photographs taken in the last 6 months, meeting the following requirements:
Minimum 35mm W x 45mm H
Must be in colour
Glasses are not permitted
Sign the back of one photo
