The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) was founded in the year of 1909. The institute not located at Mumbai, It located at Bangalore city in Karnataka state in India. As the Institute has developed, different new fields of research have been founded many of them for the 1st time in the country. The Institute started with only 2 sections: General and Applied Chemistry and Electro-Technology. Degrees provided through the IISc may be broadly classified into 2 categories: Degrees through Research (PhD, integrated PhD, and MS(Engg.)), and degrees through coursework (ME/MTech/MBA/MDes). Indian Institute of Science has Mumbai as the test center.
