Indian Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR) launched in the month of October 5, 1984 under Societies Registration Act 1958.its offered Two-year full- time Postgraduate Programme with specialization in Hospital Management & Health Management. In order to cater to the development requires of the nation and Asia-Pacific region, the society felt the require to establish a similar Institute with the concentrate on national and international health in New Delhi. Institute with its aims to play a major role in encouraging and directing research in policy analysis and formulation, strategy development and effective implementation of policies is continuously working.

The IIHMR provides a two year full-time Postgraduate Programme with specialization in Hospital Management, Health Management and Healthcare IT.
