Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University (MPBOU) was established under an Act of State Assembly in 1991. Madhya Pradesh Bhoj Open University or simply Bhoj University is a public university in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. The university offers higher education primarily by open and distance learning system. The university objects to offer well accessible system of teaching and learning through using different educational inputs such us: distance teaching, practical classes, satellite communication teaching etc. The university affords special stress to special target groups of learners coming from rural fields and specially those suffering from disabilities.
