Modified Standard Diploma

The Modified Standard Diploma is proposed for certain students at the secondary level who have a disablement and are improbable to meet the recognition requirements for a Standard Diploma. Written consent from parent/guardian must be obtained for a student to choose this diploma program. The student’s Individual Education Program (IEP) team and the student’s parents determine eligibility and participation, at any point after the student’s 8th grade year.

The student must:
Be permitted to pursue a Standard or Advanced Studies Diploma at any time across his or her high school career;
