On 02/10/1958, the NAFED (National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd.) was launched. Nafed is certified under the Multi State Co-operative Societies Act. Its head office is located at Ring Road in New Delhi in India. It was found with the objective to encourage Co-operative marketing of Agricultural Produce to gain the farmers. Industrial Activities of NAFED is Nafed Krishi Yantra Udyog, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, Raichur Co-Operative Oil Comlex, Raichur, Karnataka, Agricultural Inputs, Nafed Bio-Fertilizer, Indore & Bharatpur, Nafed Cold Storage And Godown At Delhi, Nafed Warehousing & Processing Industries, Vashi, Nafed Kinnow-Grading-Waxing Plant, Maujgarh, Punjab, Nafed Per-Cooling And Coldstorage, Pimpalgon, Nasik.
