Punjab Medical Entrance Test is carried on by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. PMET is held for admission into the first year of the programs like MBBS, BDS and BAMS into the several governments and private attached medical colleges/institutes beneath Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot in Punjab. MBBS in Christian Medical College and Ludhiana and B.Sc Nursing in College of Nursing, Ludhiana follow separate rules for the admission.
