QLTT Mumbai

The Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT) is governed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and enables international lawyers, Scottish solicitors and barristers of England and Wales to practice as canvassers in Mumbai. The scholarship relates to the QLTT course of study and exam provided by the College of Law in Mumbai. The QLTT Test(s) is planned to test candidates’ ability to apply legal principles in certain fields of English law, wherever possible through the use of case studies: it is not a mere test of the candidate’s memory.

QLTT Format
Head I – three-hour written examination
Head II – three-hour written examination
Head III – three-hour written examination
Head IV – oral examination
