Govt. of Rajasthan made the new Agricultural University called Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture & Technology Udaipur through bifurcating the then Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner by an act of legislature. On 01/11/1999, The University was founded. It located at Udaipur city in Rajasthan state in India. Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture & Technology Udaipur aim is to giving teaching and training in various branches of agriculture and related areas particularly Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Forestry, Agricultural Engineering, Home Science, etc.
