In the year of 1974 the SCTIMST (Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences & Technology) Kerala was founded through Kerala Govt. an Institute of National Importance. The institute offers various Facilities are Patient Care, Biomedical Technology, Public Health, Auditorium Facility, Computer Facility and Library Facility. It located at Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala state in India.
Now, SCTIMST Kerala is an independent Institute under the administrative control of the Department of Science and Technology, India Govt. The Institute has the position of a University and provides postdoctoral, doctoral and PG courses in medical specialties, nursing, public health, basic sciences and health care technology.
