The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Tripura was founded in 2004 .The University conceives in producing and spreading knowledge and acquirements in core and frontier areas by modern educational programs, research, consulting and releasing, and developing a new cadre of professionals with a high level of competence and deep sensation of ethics and commitment to the code of professional conduct. The University as well provides private candidates to enter in several programs if they fulfill the eligibility criteria. The degree programs provided for ICFAI is range from PhD, MBA, 4-year integrated B.Tech programs in Biotechnology, Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, 5-year integrated Law programs (BBA and LLB), and Mechanical Engineering.
