UPCPMT 2010 Exam
UPCPMT (Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test) is an entrance examination directed through CSM Medical University, Lucknow on behalf of the Uttar Pradesh Govt. for admission to different graduate medical and dental courses like MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS in the medical and dental institutes in UP state.
Courses offered: 1. MBBS, 2. BDS, 3. BHMS, 4. BAMS, 5. BUMS
Eligibility for UPCPMT 2010 Exam
Examinees should have a domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
A candidate should have passed 10+2 or equal examination with atleast 50% total marks (40% for SC/ST) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. In addition examinees should have also passed English. Those who are appearing for class XII exams in 2010 can also employ.
For BAMS: Madhyama Examination Passed scholars of Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi
For BUMS: High School or equal Examination Passed with Urdu.
Examination Pattern: There will be two papers of two hours each. The 1st paper will hold questions from Zoology and Botany. The 2nd paper will have questions from Chemistry and Physics. Only objective questions will be asked.
