Step 1 – APPLY Undergraduates apply for graduation at UTEP dean’s office; check for dean’s clearance dates. Graduate students apply with UTEP academic advisors, and then continue to the Graduate Student Services Office for approval; check for graduate school clearance dates.
Step 2 – Pay Pay the $30.00 graduation fee (came with with your degree application) at the Student Business Services Office, in the Academic Services Building. applicant who did not complete their graduate necessities, must reapply and pay the following semester.
If you calculate the numbers according to UTEP’s old graduation rates, almost 600 will graduate in five years and 1,000 in six years. UTEP administrators said the down graduation rates are due to the fact that many students juggle school with work and family duties.
