WBUT MTECH
The West Bengal University of Technology (WBUTech) came into being on August 5, 2000. It began working with the assumption of office of the first Vice Chancellor on January 15, 2001 as a sequel to the announcement of the West Bengal University of Technology Act 2000; beneath the West Bengal Act XV of 2000 passed by the West Bengal Legislature and published in the Calcutta Gazette (Extraordinary) vide Publication dated July 20, 2000.

The admission is based on an admission test is carried by the university.

The admission is based on the valid Gate score. And also on the qualifying exam.
Industrial Engineering & Management (M.Tech.)
Selection Interview Candidates will have to appear for a Personal Interview (PI) for selection. Candidates with valid GATE score will be given proportionate weight age of the GATE score.
