Reserve Bank of India conducts Examination for the positions of grade A and grade B officers, every year by its Services Board named Reserve Bank of India Services Board. The reserve bank conducts examination generally in month of February 2011
Qualifications
The candidates passed in bachelor degree with minimum 60% marks with recognized university or equivalent. Or
The candidates who completed master degree with minimum of 55% marks. Or
A Doctorate Degree with 50% marks in Master’s Degree or an equivalent grade. Or
A Chartered/Cost Accountant with a Bachelors Degree.
Age Limits
The age of candidates 21 to 30 years on the 1st September of the year of examination on the basis of Bachelor’s Degree.
The upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST /OBC class.
Number of Attempts: No candidate is permitted to compete more than four times at the examination.

Exam pattern-
Written exam will be held in two Part as under:
Part- I
(Objective Type Test)
This Paper is of 3 hours duration for 200 marks.
Part II
(Descriptive Type Test)
The Part II Examination will be conducted only for those candidates who are successful in part -I (Objective Type Test).
The Examination will consist of three Descriptive Type papers.
Selection-
Selection to the posts is done through Written Examinations and Interview.
