Introduction
Placed in Coimbatore, R V S College of Nursing is one of the prime institutions of Tamil Nadu. The college was founded in 1993, to give advanced knowledge and skills among the beginning nurses, who like to render their serve to the humanity. The eminent standards of teaching gave by the college have been acknowledged and it has been allowed ISO authentication by Moody International Certification Ltd, Mumbai and TUV Rheinland. Eligibility
For Undergraduate
The students should have cleared up 10+2 or its equal examination with lower limit of 35% marks individually in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Botany and Zoology, admitting (theory and practical) and 50% marks in aggregate, from an accepted Board.
Diploma
The students should have passed 10+2 or its equal examination from an accepted Board, with 45% marks in physics, chemistry and biology taken together. The students, who have successfully passed the revised 10+2 vocational ANM course from the School accepted by Indian Nursing Council or the students who have undergone ANM training i.e. 10+1 ½ years training in addition, should also have passed 10 + 2 or its equal examination, are eligible for admission. The age of the student should be between 17 and 25 years, at the time of admission.
Post Graduate
The hopefuls should have cleared full-time B.Sc Nursing basic/B.Sc. Hons. Nursing/Post Basic Nursing with at least 55% marks. The student should be a recorded Nurse and recorded midwife from Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council and should have lower limit of one year of work experience.
