    i had an interview on 6th feb 2010. i was informed over phone by one of the high ranked officer that i would be selected for bihar and i submitted my all documents 23-03-04 .two of my friends also selected for kolkata and they were also submitted their documents on same day. now they got their offer letters but i did’nt. Pls suggest me whether i disquilified or it may take more time to give me offer letter.
