K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, the institute commenced in 1981, supplies PGDM program of University of Mumbai and SNDT Women’s University (for women students only) and various fulltime and part-time Masters and Post Graduate programmes sanctioned by All India Council of Technical teaching (AICTE), a body of Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. And / or attached to University of Mumbai. The Institute is certified as ISO 9001:2000 after 2000 and is placed among the top 20 B-schools in India.

Eligibility
Graduates in any field with lower limit 50% aggregate marks from any University, accepted by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) / AICTE, are eligible for Post Graduate Studies in Management.
Students who are performing for last examination in April – May 2010 may also apply.
Application Procedure
Students can apply online. Thorough SIMSR website http://simsr.somaiya.edu.
Students can apply for both the PGDM and PGDM (IB) Programs. However they have to fill own application forms.
Selection Procedure
Students have to appear for CAT/GMAT.
Students will be short listed on the base of CAT/GMAT performance scores.
Short listed students will have to go by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview for the ultimate selection.
