Introduction
SMS Medical College, launched in 1947 and situated in Jaipur, is the oldest and premier medical college of Rajasthan state, India. Its first principal was Dr. G.N.Sen. Medical Council of India knew the college in 1952, in the same year PG courses for M.S. and M.D. started here. The college has a total of 32 departments and six hospitals connected to it. The college has been conducting its actions with a common objective of spreading medical education as well as providing treatment to the people of the state.

Maj Gen CS Dhawan, AVSM, is an alumini of the 1954 batch. Meritorious services for serving in the Army Medical Corps as a general officer.

    admission fees in sms medical college is minimal…..
    its about 3500 Rs at time of admission and thereafter only 1600, and later 110 rs per semester. total 9 semester fees you can calculate…
