PhD in Engineering & Basic Sciences:
Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology & Basic Sciences in the applicable field with a first class or a lower limit of 60% marks/CGPA 6.5 on a 10 point scale in cases where the University/Institute does not award any class or equal qualifications like M.Sc. (Engineering) / M.S. [By Research.]
Ph.D. in Computer Science
MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science with a first class or a lower limit of 60% marks/CGPA 6.5 on a 10 point scale in cases where the University/Institute does not award any class
Ph.D. in Management
MBA with a first class or a lower limit of 60% marks/CGPA 6.5 on a 10 point scale in cases where the University/Institute does not award any class.
Ph.D. in Pharmacy
A student should have M.Pharm/MS (Pharm)/Masters in a relevant field of Pharmacy or equal with at least 60% aggregate or equal. Also the student should have valid GATE/NET scores for various fields. Those in their last year can also apply.
Ph.D. in Biotechnology
Master degree in Biotechnology / Industrial Biotechnology with a first class or a lower limit of 60% marks/CGPA 6.5 on a 10 point scale in cases where the University/Institute does not award any class
Ph.D. in Medical Sciences
Master degree in Medical with a first class or a lower limit of 60% marks/CGPA 6.5 on a 10 point scale in cases where the University/Institute does not award any class
Ph.D. in Dental Sciences
Master degree in Dental with a first class or a Lower limit of 60% marks/CGPA 6.5 on a 10 point scale in cases where the University/Institute does not award any class
Ph.D. in Nursing
Master in Nursing with a first class or a Lower limit of 60% marks/CGPA 6.5 on a 10 point scale in cases where the University/Institute does not award any class
Ph.D. in Hotel Management & Catering Technology
Master in Hospitality and Tourism Management (MHTM) with a first class or a Lower limit of 60% marks/CGPA 6.5 on a 10 point scale in cases where the University/Institute does not award any class

i have completed M.Sc Nursing in the year 2008(march) under recognized university in chennai with morethan 60% aggregate and has 2 year of experience after pg degree.
