Tehri Hydro Development Corporation (THDC) is a Joint Venture Potbelly of the Govt. of India, was integrated as a Ltd. under the Parties Act, 1956, in July’88, to develop, operate and maintain the Tehri Hydro Power Complex and other Hydro Projects. THDC is presently implementing the Tehri Hydro Power Composite (2400 MW), on the river Bhagirathi, constituting.
